5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure access to the premises during the agreed service time.

Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements.

Remove personal items and valuables from areas to be cleaned.

6. Liability

We take utmost care while providing services; however, Cleaning Boss is not liable for pre-existing damage or loss of items unless caused by negligence during cleaning.

Claims must be reported within [ Three Days ] of the service.
